Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at Stratford High School.

| - November 3rd: NO REHEARSAL - Election Day (HS Closed) |
| - December 1st: SPECIAL REHEARSAL/St. Ann Church, Black Rock - for Wed., Dec. 2 Special Holiday Concert |
| - December 8th: NO REHEARSAL - High School Holiday Concert (band room not available) |
| - December 29th: NO REHEARSAL - Holiday Recess (HS Closed) |
| - February 16th: NO REHEARSAL - Winter Recess (HS Closed) |
| - April 13th: NO REHEARSAL - Spring Recess (HS Closed) |
| Note: Because of High School Spring Concerts, no rehearsal on May 11 & 18 (band room not available) an alternate site may be selected |
| Should the Stratford Public Schools be closed on a rehearsal day for any reason (i.e. inclement weather, school vacations, or any unforeseen emergency), the rehearsal will be cancelled for that day. |
